Designed for contemporary residential and commercial interiors, Silestone® Ukiyo will be available in matte or polished finishes and two fluted options: GV2 with grooves set 25 mm apart and measure 5mm wide and 3 mm deep; and GV3 with grooves set 11 mm apart and are 4mm wide and deep. Silestone® Ukiyo’s large format facilitates its use in broader applications, minimising joints to create a more seamless finish. Its slimline weight also opens the way to multiple tiling and decorative applications due to its lightness and practicality.

Raw D from EARTHIC – A dark natural stone-effect backdrop creates a mood of tranquillity and elegance. Featuring diffused scattered streaks of bronze weaves through a charcoal landscape, Ukiyo enhances Raw D’s drama and contemporary style.
Bohemian Flame from Le Chic – This colour presents subtle sinuous veins with metallic inlays in copper shades. The movement of the golden flows of lava that generate scars on volcanic soil inspires it. It’s reminiscent of the calmly moving golden flame of candles accentuating tiny metallic pieces.
Parisien Bleu from Le Chic – Taking inspiration from the French Capital, this colourway boasts a deep bluish tone with strong personality and powerful character. Inspired by the shades seen in famous Imperial Roman stones, combined with fine veins in ochre tones.

EARTHIC® LAB received a Special Mention in the Technology category at the Fuorisalone Awards 2024 for its innovation by restoring a balance between humans and their environment – alongside the use of technology in protecting the planet. This award marks a major milestone for the brand, confirming its journey towards sustain ability and environmental responsibility.
EARTHIC® by Silestone®XM is a capsule collection of three unique sustainable stone surfaces. EARTHIC® combines recycled PET, discarded Dekton fragments and post-industrial glass, alongside pioneering bio-resin derived from used cooking oil. Thanks to HybriQ+® technology, these colours are produced with 100% renewable electrical energy and 99% recycled water. EARTHIC® is the first collection to be made with Silestone XM – surfaces containing a maximum silica content of 10%.
By working with recycled and reclaimed materials, these components come together to create something extraordinary – with the aim to significantly decrease the extraction of raw materials, C02 emissions and soil erosion.
- FFROM 01 is a grey surface speckled with white recycled PET fragments creating a subtle yet intricate pattern that draws the eye and adds depth to the composition. The dominance of grey tones evokes a sense of calmness and simplicity that creates a subdued and pared back atmosphere. - FFROM 02 features a darker grey base elegantly punctuated with white speckled accents, creating subtle and visually attractive contrast. It's a narrative deeply rooted in the tradition, innovation, and unmatched craftsmanship that Palazzo Morelli brings to one of the most coveted addresses in the world. As the chosen fit-out contractor and bespoke furniture specialist for this ambitious project, Palazzo Morelli's journey in crafting this modern apartment's interior is a testament to the ethos of Italian elegance, seamlessly merged with the avant-garde of design.
The mission was clear yet formidable: to conceive and execute the interior design of a private two-level, 900 square meter apartment in just six months. The vision, spearheaded by the architectural prowess of Studio D73, was to infuse the space with an elegant yet relaxing ambiance, communicating an instant sense of timeless tranquility. Studio D73, renowned for its distinctive Italian style, chose to collaborate with Palazzo Morelli, entrusting us with the significant responsibility of turning their conceptual pillars into reality.
The first step in our journey was a bold chromatic evolution. We undertook the lightening of the original dark flooring by manually removing the surface color layer, repainting doors, and technical wardrobe fronts, thereby advocating for a more sustainable and ecologically sensitive approach. This initiative set the tone for the project, emphasizing our commitment to not just aesthetic beauty but environmental responsibility.
Central to our ethos is the belief that true luxury lies in customization. The living spaces, particularly the grand double-height living room, became a canvas for our craftsmanship. Introducing a new volume to demarcate the dining and kitchen area from the living space, we incorporated iconic design elements like the Q2 chandelier by Baxter, which mirrored the urban luminescence of Dubai's skyline. Our choice of white marble for the dining table, coffee table, and kitchen island underscored our dedication to materials that epitomize luxury and longevity.
This project allowed us to inject bespoke furniture solutions that resonate with modern Italian design across the apartment. From the dynamic dining area lit by Sicis suspensions to the sculptural staircase that bridges the public and private realms of the apartment, Palazzo Morelli's signature is evident in every detail. The master bedrooms, with their luxurious finishes and advanced technological features, showcase our capacity to blend traditional craftsmanship with contemporary needs.
Our role extended beyond furniture into transforming spaces to evoke elegance and movement. The corridor leading to the living areas was reimagined with decorative panels, Rubelli wallpaper, and custom mirrors, illustrating our holistic approach to interior design. Each guest room and communal space was treated as a unique opportunity to showcase innovation, functionality, and aesthetic coherence.
The second living area, with its Sampei floor lamps by Davide Groppi, highlights the architectural volumes, while the integration of sophisticated lighting solutions ensures that attention remains on the meticulously designed interiors. Our intervention in the kitchen area, illuminated by nearly invisible Shanghai suspensions, speaks to our dedication to subtlety and efficiency.
The terraces of the apartment presented a unique challenge, bridging indoor elegance with the natural beauty of Dubai. Our redesign focused on creating distinct areas for conviviality and rest, utilizing teak furniture from Roda and a modernized jacuzzi, all under a newly conceived lighting scheme that enhances functionality and atmosphere.
Under the project leadership of Arch. Andrea Viganò and Arch. Natalia Tretyakova, and through the artistic vision of Arch. Andrea Viganò & Arch. Marco Vismara, Palazzo Morelli has not only contributed to a residence but has sculpted a living experience that stands as a beacon of Italian craftsmanship in Dubai. Dekton® Ukiyo is inspired by Japanese and contemporary design and celebrates the art of minimalism and embracing the present. Ukiyo means to "live in the moment” and the Dekton® collection is designed to awaken the senses and evoke a feeling of wellness by achieving a beautiful, calm state in the space. It embodies a rich palette of sensations, showcasing geometric yet smooth structure that creates harmonious designs both inside and outside.

Both will come in tile size 17.7 inches by 118 inches (450 mm x 3000 mm). To launch the Ukiyo offering, Afshar hand-selected five existing Dekton® colourways: Bromo, Kreta, Nacre, Umber, and Rem to provide a comprehensive colour palette to work independently and together.
Dekton® products are full life cycle carbon neutral and were selected for the collection due to their sustainable properties and high-performance capabilities. - Bromo offers a dark grey shade, inspired by homogeneous metamorphic rocks such as slate. Subtle, faded graphics, a carefully-created texture and a natural aesthetic define this evocative colour, perfect for any type of environment. - Kreta is inspired by classic cement floors, with calm movement. The design is even and controlled, although it provides darker or lighter areas depending on the density of the pattern. Its matte texture and grey tone combine with any type of material and make it suitable for diverse applications. - Nacre boasts movement that engages all senses - the trowel marks that bring the colour to life, the subtle interplay of light and shadow that accompanies every inch of the design. The touch delights with a silky finish as the fingers run over the different reliefs and scattered gradients. A pleasure for its high decorative and emotional value. - Umber features a timeless, rebellious colour with its own personality and a special charisma. This new Silestone® series redefines a timeless classic. A step forward in veined-patterned surfacing with six design proposals that offers the charm of Victorian and Parisian spaces, speaking to nostalgia with a modern yet timeless execution. Le Chic collection is an elegant and sophisticated offering at the intersection of fashion and design. The patterns feature expressive veins and metallic accents that stand out against neutral backdrops like cream or deep blues and blacks, obtaining designs full of depth.
The refinement flourishes from the ground of innovation and sustainability. Le Chic represents advancement in Cosentino’s surface manufacturing, as the detailed veining requires an all-new system of design. The intricate, interlocking veins are made possible by the brand’s new molding system, giving life to particles and minerals of a wide range of sizes and creating an incredible new texture.
The real sustainability of this collection comes from Cosentino’s patented HybriQ+® technology. Silestone® Le Chic is manufactured using 99% reused water and 100% renewable energy, and incorporating a minimum of 20% recycled raw materials in its composition, that also has less than 40% of silica.
Le Chic collection is composed of six designs: Parisien Blue, Eclectic Pearl, Versailles Ivory, Victorian Silver, Bohemian Flame and Romantic Ash.
Parisien Blue Pure nostalgia for the French capital. Boasts a deep bluish tone with strong personality and powerful character. Inspired by the shades seen in famous Imperial Roman stones, combined with fine veins in ochre tones.
Eclectic Pearl One of the best examples of Le Chic essence. Classic and modern perfect fusion. Flowing streams of delicate tones incrusted with grains like diamonds on jewelry. Eclectic Pearl hypnotizes with delicate veining, texture, and metallic accents across the whole surface.
Versailles Ivory The warmest tone of the collection. Very subtle two-toned marbling in the background with gradient effects mesmerize with the flickering lights of its golden sparkle. Versailles Ivory exudes luxury and elegance, reminiscent of the exuberance of the Palace of Versailles.
Victorian Silver Soft and subtle two-toned marbling in the background, with gradient effects and great depth. The cool background tone blends with its silver and dark grey veins to create an elegant colour that fits seamlessly with warm and cold tones.
Bohemian Flame This colour presents subtle sinuous veins with metallic inlays in copper shades. The movement of the golden flows of lava that generate scars on volcanic soil inspires it. It’s reminiscent of the calmly moving golden flame of candles accentuating tiny metallic pieces.
Romantic Ash Another example of Le Chic's visual excellence. Large rivers and incrustations of grains in various sizes awaken memories of a milky way visible on a clear starry sky. The accent of blue strengthens the depth of Romantic Ash.
