Coan is a boutique interior design studio founded by Claire Murphy, working with homeowners across London, Surrey, the South West and beyond.
Claire's approach is calm and unhurried, built around understanding a client's home, habits and taste before anything else. Her work is characterised by natural materials, layered textures and a sensitivity to light and space - rooms that feel considered rather than decorated, and that quietly improve with time.
She established the studio with a clear belief: that the most beautiful interiors are the ones that genuinely work for the people who live in them.
Based in the Surrey Hills, the studio works on projects of all scales, from individual rooms to whole-home transformations.
