As part of the preparations towards the end of the Transition Period, the British Embassy in Athens with support of the Hellenic Ministry of Foreign Affairs invites business and representatives who are interested or involved in the export or import of goods to Great Britain to meet with representatives of the British Government.
The UK Border and Protocol Delivery Group (BPDG) will deliver the GB – EU Border Formalities Day, a special online event, which will cover border formalities between the EU and Great Britain at the end of the Transition Period. This will be an opportunity to speak directly to expert British officials from HMRC (customs), DEFRA (agriculture and food), DFT (transport), BEIS (business) and other key departments on issues relating to trade with Great Britain and to find out about the latest preparations.
