Having begun his career in the antiques trade, founder Tim Oulton stands by his mantra “Be Relevant or Be Dead” with an evolving range of energetic yet refined pieces, rooted in classic British values yet perfectly suited for today's modern lifestyle.

A riot of different styles offer an eclectic resource of unique pieces. From casual and ultra-slouchy to sleek urban living, from rugged and industrial to vintage-inspired glamour, a full spectrum is covered. The versatile upholstery collection spans a wide array of finishes, from the most extreme hand-distressed leathers to sumptuously rich velvets and natural veg-dyed linens, with tables and cabinetry in marble, acrylic, industrial-looking metals and reclaimed timber.

Every Timothy Oulton piece is meticulously made by hand using time-honoured techniques such as hand-carving, traditional joinery and hand-tufting. The company is renowned for its signature aniline-dyed leathers, which undergo several stages of complex hand-finishing to achieve their distinctive look and hand-feel.

At The Rug Story, our collection of rugs is simple, but our offer of choice allows the mind to wander.
Five rug designs of cut and loop texture, three different yarn compositions, 127 colour options.
The rug design starts as one colour, but now the adventure begins. Why not add another colour or three? How about mixing the yarns? Don’t want the loop? Choose from a simple cut pile. Where will the options end?
Realise your finished rug design with a CAD drawing or order a rug sample and feel the quality whilst visualising the rug in the finished room.
And so the story goes on... a pile of discovery, a cut above, a loop around, a tuft of life.

Art In… is an art agency representing international artists who are experienced in working with interior designers. We believe that integrating art at the earliest stage possible in the design process significantly enhances the overall result.

Our bespoke ‘white glove’ service matches the most suitable artist with our client’s requirements and ensures a seamless process from the initial design brief and art selection through to delivery and curation.

We collaborate with brands on partnerships with artists and also organise intimate and high profile events to show art in less conventional settings.

“Because objects and experiences can affect us. Because what we own represents who we are and what we will pass on as our heritage. Because we live in the moment and aspire for the better. Because making art is an interpretation and a dream expression.” – Julien Bonzom
Heritier is a multidisciplinary design practice founded by French designer Julien Bonzom.
Julien was born and grew up in the South of France, and studied architecture, art and joinery at the Institute Europeen de Formation des Compagnonsdu Tour de France (IEF CTF) - a unique school led by the best French craftsmen. Before his 16th birthday, he participated in several prestigious competitions and won the Meilleur Apprenti de France (MAF; Best Apprentice in France). This gave Julien the opportunity to work with some of the best leading brands from a young age and discover the world before he settled in London, UK to start his own practice.
Today, the studio operates at the intersection of multiple disciplines from furniture, horology, art and immersive experience. The studio specialises in design and engineering, as well as manufacturing and precise execution of functional and artistic forms.
Julien leads the studio and continues to be involved in the design process. His passion for creating and competition still drives him today. As well as this, he loves sharing the making journey with clients as part of a talented and ever-growing team. He is in a perpetual search for something different and takes the entire team to the far corners of the world in search for almost forgotten craft techniques or promising young talent. The process of the studios’ work is not simply about creating furniture, clocks and art; it is about creating harmonies of objects that appeal to the senses. For beauty is cultivated from within the process of making itself and its empathy towards people.
