Get me 2 the Top Ukraine

The Get me 2 the Top Ukraine student competition is separated into the following categories:

– Universal Product Design 

– Public Space

– Product Design

–  Educational Design

–  Private  Space 

Judging Process:

The competition consisted of a two-tiered judging process. The first saw a technical panel of judges from Ukraine select finalists in all categories which was passed on to a panel of judges in the UK who decided upon the winning entries and the overall winner.

Prize:

The overall winner will receive a 3 month (all expenses paid) internship with a leading UK Design practice. Winners from all 3 categories will be given a half yearlong virtual or full-time mentorship with minimal salary in a leading design agency in Ukraine.

Each winner will also receive an honorary SBID international associate membership, valid for one year and have their project featured in the relevant issue of eSociety magazine.

Eligibility:

The SBID Get me 2 the Top competition is open to all students and graduates who have studied or are currently studying an interior design or an interior architecture course at degree level in Ukraine. Students are still eligible to enter the competition 2 years post graduating/graduation.

Deadlines:

The competition will be open for entries on 1 September, 2017. The deadline for submissions is 26 January 2018.

Maximum Number of Submissions:

Each student is entitled to submit no more than 3 projects in any of 3 categories.

Original Work:

By submitting an entry, the entrant warrants that it is his/her original work and that they and SBID have permission to publish the material.

All projects will be submitted in a PDF document (no larger than 10MB) incorporating text and images (i.e. a text document with the images dispersed throughout the project or at the end). Maximum 10 images per submission. The text should be no more than 1000 words which clearly include the student’s name, course, course title, university, chosen category and a rationale (description) of the project.

All information must be given in English.
