Formed to create economic reform driven by SME’s and supported by Parliamentarians\, Genesis recognises the importance of improving access to justice for the SME community. \nFor too many people\, court proceedings to assert a legal right or defend a case are out of the question because of lack of funds or fear of the process. Awarded an OBE for services to interior design and the UK economy\, she will address the challenges that entrepreneurs and creatives face when asserting legal rights to protect their interests in professional practice.\nMark Watson-Gandy is a practicing barrister and educationalist specialising in Insolvency Law.
