As the world changes, the way we do business must change. The internet has increased our route to market, our distribution and online sales. Communications generally are more remote thanks to SMS and email so we must look at the interior design supply chain too. If we fail to recognise and address the galloping speed in which we must adapt, we will become extinct.
In 2013, our Year of ownership, we are addressing many issues: global marketing; qualifications; knowledge-sharing; social media; promotion and compliance. But it’s still scratching the surface of interior design. Therefore our business model differs from others, we must get up to speed urgently or other wealthy and nimble industries will diversify into our space. Now SBID is built, we need to sell, hence our partnership with the best!
