Who can participate in Get me 2 the Top UK?

To qualify for this competition, participants must be currently enrolled on a degree course for Architecture, Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related discipline within the UK. Students must also be in their first or second year of study to be eligible to enter.

 

What do I have to do to enter? 

To enter you must submit your end of year project which you have completed as part of your degree studies within the submission template provided. Click here to download the submission template for each category, ensuring your project is relevant for Residential Design or Public Space Design. You can then upload your submission using the form, here.

 

What if I didn’t complete a full interior design scheme for my end of year project? 

Don’t worry, you can also download a set project brief here to complete and submit as an alternative entry into the Residential or Public Space category. Your completed project must still be submitted in the requested format using the submission template and entry form.

 

When is the deadline?

Friday 28 June 2019.

 

How many times can I enter?

You can submit one entry per category. You can enter into more than one category if applicable.

 

Who will be judging our entries? 

The competition will be judged by our expert judging panel. The judges will select one winning entry from each of the categories. A total of 2  winners will be announced for Get me 2 the Top UK 2019. The judging panel can be viewed, here.

 

When will I know if I have been successful?

Winners will be announced on Monday 22 July 2019. The successful entrants will be contacted directly via the email address provided on the submission form. Winners will also be announced across SBID social media channels.

 

What can I win? 

The winners in each category will receive a 3 month internship with a leading UK design company.

All winners will also receive honorary SBID Associate Membership for a year and have the opportunity to be featured in the SBID interior design magazine, eSociety.

 

Do I have to pay to enter? 

No, it is completely free to enter and participate in this competition.
