Transforming the business of Interior Design
It seems like so much has happened in the past few months, from the result of the Brexit referendum, which resulted in a new Prime Minister and cabinet, to widespread condemnation of retail chain boss Sir Philip Green. In this climate of change it feels apt that SBID is undergoing its biggest transformation to date. Now that we have established ourselves in the global market, we have refreshed our partnerships and embraced those that have become friends to SBID. In doing this we have looked closely at the corporate social economy of what SBID represents.

As in every issue, we’ve focused on a key area of industry – in this edition we’re bring you the latest in lighting, tech and AV so turn to page 20 to read more. Our Healthcare Council was established in 2012 to great success; our report on fire regulation on page 40 covers just one of the vital subjects in healthcare design the Council addresses. We have even more opportunities for you to comment and contribute, so don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.
